How to Book With Virtuoso
Once logged into your account, you can proceed with completing payment and finalizing your reservation. When the booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email from Virtuoso with the details of your hotel booking.
3. confirm booking
If this is your first time using the Virtuoso Hotel Booking platform you will be prompted to create an account. If it does not automatically assign Sarah as your advisor, you will need to search my name and confirm Sarah Lang as your advisor.
Please note, if this is your first time using the platform, you must create a Virtuoso account from a desktop or laptop computer, not a mobile device.
2. Create Account
Click on the “BOOK A HOTEL” button above which will open Foray's custom Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. Search for your destinations and dates, then select the hotel you want to book. Next, click the red “Book” button next to your desired room category.
Please note that in the "Rate Type" column, it should either say "Virtuoso" or "Virtuoso Exclusive Promotion" to ensure that you will receive the complimentary amenities.

Before your stay, we also make sure to follow up with the hotel directly to communicate any special requests and ensure that your reservation receives the amenities and VIP designation.
